100% cotton fabric. Cotton batting. This is great for heating up a bowl of soup or chili. Also great for not freezing your hands eating a bowl of ice cream. 
 
Machine washable. DO NOT USE fabric softner! 
Heat in microwave in a microwave safe bowl for no longer then 4 min at a time.
